These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Copiix trade copier software ("Software") and related services provided by Copiix ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Copiix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal or commercial trading activities.

2.1 Permitted Uses

• Install and use the Software on unlimited devices for trade copying purposes
• Connect unlimited trading accounts across supported platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader)
• Use the Software for personal trading or managing client accounts
• Use the Software in commercial trading environments and prop firms

2.2 Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
• You may not remove or modify any copyright or trademark notices
• You may not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Software Description

Copiix is a free trade copier software that enables users to copy trades between multiple trading accounts across different brokers and platforms. The Software supports MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and cTrader platforms.

3.2 Premium Features

Premium features are available to users who make voluntary donations to support the project. Premium features are activated for 30 days after each donation and include trade type filtering, advanced money management, webhooks, remote copying capabilities, and priority support. 4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Trading Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your trading account credentials
• You must ensure proper authorization before connecting any trading accounts
• You are responsible for monitoring all trading activities and copied trades

4.2 Compliance

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You must comply with your broker's terms of service
• You are responsible for all tax obligations related to your trading activities

4.3 Risk Management

• You must implement appropriate risk management measures
• You should thoroughly test the Software in a demo environment before live trading
• You are responsible for setting appropriate position sizes and risk parameters

5. Disclaimers and Warranties

5.1 No Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SOFTWARE BUGS AND DEFECTS: Copiix may contain bugs, errors, or defects that could cause system failures, data loss, or unexpected behavior. We make no warranty that the Software will be error-free or operate without interruption. You acknowledge that no software is completely free from bugs and you use the Software at your own risk. However, our development team and active community are committed to promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise. The Software is currently in RC1 (Release Candidate 1) state and is well-tested.

5.2 Trading Risks

IMPORTANT RISK WARNING: Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before using any trade copying software.

5.3 No Investment Advice

The Software is a technical tool for copying trades and does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial recommendations. We do not guarantee any trading results or profits.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COPIIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE (WHICH IS ZERO FOR THE FREE VERSION).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Copiix and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The Software integrates with third-party trading platforms including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and cTrader. We are not affiliated with MetaQuotes Software Corp. or Spotware Systems Ltd. MetaTrader®, MT4®, MT5® are registered trademarks of MetaQuotes Software Corp. cTrader® is a registered trademark of Spotware Systems Ltd.

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Software processes trading data locally on your device. Only account names and configuration parameters are transmitted to our servers for license management purposes. Trade data and trading activities are never transmitted to our servers.

10. Updates and Modifications

10.1 Software Updates

We may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software. All updates and upgrades are provided free of charge. We are committed to keeping Copiix completely free for all users.

10.2 Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Software or our website. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it from your devices. We may terminate your license to use the Software immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

12. Support and Donations

12.1 Community Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through our community channels. While we strive to assist users, we do not guarantee response times or resolution of issues.

12.2 Voluntary Donations

Copiix is free software supported by voluntary donations. Donations help us continue development and provide premium features as a thank you to supporters. 13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Copiix regarding the use of the Software and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
